History
Rich has over 40 years of outstanding customer service in the Aerospace, Medical, Power Generation, and Electronics fields. We are approved for Welding, EDM, High Speed EDM, Laser Processing (Welding, Cutting, Drilling), Conventional Machining, High Speed Machining and, Air Flow Inspection. We offer three full shifts of operation including a Tool Room with certified Gage Calibration capability.

Technology
We have an Engineering staff trained in the application of Unigraphics, Valisys Inspection, and various CAM softwares. Our talented group of engineers and process technicians can create models and dimensional prints of your products. With over 10 million dollars invested in new processing technology and our own management software systems, we can manage very complex development programs and successfully supply cost effective technological solutions for our customers.

Quality
We've been approved to the ISO 9002 standard since 1996 and are now approved to the new 9001/2000 & AS9100 standards. Using our advanced inspection equipment (Valisys, UG and your product models) our quality technicians and black belt quality engineers are capable of automating inspection processes and verification of all critical features produced using adaptive modular tooling methodology and Six Sigma Quality Processes.

Location
Rich operates in a 75,000 square foot, state-of-the-art air conditioned facility in Southern Maine. We have direct access to Maine's Universities and Technical Colleges that produce talented college students. Most graduates interview at RICH because of the technology we employ and quality product we deliver.
