Laser Processing
Our lasers offer you the latest in three dimensional machining
technology. We offer advanced material processing for
a variety of high temperature alloys. Our processes include;
clean cutting, welding, profile machining, and hole drilling.
High Speed Machining
High speed machining removes material two to three times
faster than conventional machining. We use newly developed
consumable tooling and high speed spindles (up to 20,000
rpm). High speed machining technology combined with Unigraphics
post processing ensures the best surface finish available
for your processing needs.
High Speed EDM
High speed Electronic Discharge Machining combines an
electronic power supply with high pressure water to produce
a superior metal removal process. Processing speed, accuracy,
and low recast provide a new solution for holes, feature
creation, and roughing of conventional and advanced alloys
for a cost-effective solution.
Wire EDM
Wire EDM Technology compliments our non-conventional abilities
by offering “lights out” manufacturing for a
cost effective solution for medical, aerospace and power
systems components. We design and manufacture complex
modular fixtures from solid models allowing repeatability
to one tenth of an inch (.0001).
CNC Plunge EDM
Our EDM machines offer the same dimensional tolerances
available from conventional machining without the material
stress and heavy holding fixtures. Using graphite dressers
we can produce three dimensional geometry that conventional
machines cannot generate.
Automated Verification
Our automated Coordinate Measurement machines (CMM) combined
with Unigraphics & Valisys software enable us to inspect
three dimensional parts and surfaces using only electronic
data (no print required). This new technology gives the
ability to map, process, and inspect hardware for a cost-effective
solution.
Engineering
We have an Engineering staff trained in the application
of Unigraphics CAD, Valisys Inspection, and Vericut CAM
software. Our talented group of engineers and process
technicians can create models and dimensional prints of
your products.
Welding, Conventional Machining
We also maintain a full complement of conventional machining
processes including; welding, turning, milling, drilling,
grinding, grit blasting, tumbling, and cleaning.
